Abbys Mobile Grooming provides professional mobile pet grooming services directly at your specified location. Services are subject to the assessment of your pet's health, behavior, and coat condition upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that grooming poses a risk to the pet or the groomer.

To ensure smooth communication regarding your appointments, we utilize SMS text messaging. By providing your phone number, you agree to these specific messaging terms:

Description of SMS Use Cases: We use text messaging to send you appointment confirmations, reminders, ETA updates on the day of service, scheduling changes, and occasional promotional offers or business updates.

Message & Data Rate Disclosure: Message frequency varies based on your appointments and interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. Simply reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out status, and we will no longer text you.

Behavior: You must disclose any history of biting, aggression, or behavioral issues. If your pet becomes overly stressed or dangerous to groom, we reserve the right to stop the groom, and a partial or full fee may still apply.
